These Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of pokerai.bet, the Pokerai API, related web dashboards, documentation, software development kits, and online services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”). “Pokerai,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean GRAND VOYAGER TECHNOLOGY CORP.
By creating an account, using a Service, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials, API keys, and recovery methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law. Tell us promptly at support@pokerai.bet if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts and API keys may not be sold or transferred without our written consent.
The Services provide poker strategy data and tools for training, coaching, hand review, study, research, and software development. Strategy outputs may include game-theory-optimal frequencies. They are educational and analytical outputs, not promises of results.
Real-time assistance at real-money poker tables is prohibited. You must not use the Services, directly or indirectly, to advise or automate decisions during live real-money play. The Services do not accept wagers, hold gambling funds, operate poker games, pay prizes, or provide financial advice. You are responsible for following the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
You may build trainers, coaching and analysis tools, hand-history review tools, study applications, and research projects, subject to these Terms and any plan limits.
You must not:
• use the Services for prohibited real-time assistance or any unlawful activity; - resell raw API responses as a competing strategy API, scrape or reconstruct substantially all of a solution set for redistribution, or bypass technical access controls; - evade quotas, rate limits, plan restrictions, security controls, or payment requirements; - probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or another user’s data, except under a written security-testing authorization from us; - upload malware or use the Services to infringe, deceive, harass, or violate another person’s rights; - misrepresent that Pokerai sponsors, certifies, or endorses you or your product.
API usage is metered under the plan displayed in your Dashboard. Separate counters may apply to presolved lookups and real-time solves. A request may be refused when a counter, rate limit, or other plan limit is exhausted. Free-tier limits may differ from paid-tier limits.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue Service features and may change future quotas or rate limits. For a material change that adversely affects an active paid subscription, we will provide notice when required by applicable law. Changes do not entitle us to reduce a service period already paid for unless the change is necessary for security, law, or prevention of abuse.
Pokerai currently offers a Free tier and these paid Web/API plans:
• Builder: USD 29 per month. - Pro: USD 99 per month.
The price, currency, billing interval, plan features, and any applicable taxes shown to you in Checkout before you confirm the purchase control that purchase. There is no free trial unless Checkout expressly states otherwise.
Builder and Pro are automatically renewing monthly subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe and us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at Checkout at the start of each monthly billing period until you cancel. Your subscription continues month to month unless you cancel it or it is terminated under these Terms.
We may change a subscription price prospectively. We will provide the advance notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before a change applies to a renewal. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
MelaGTO purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are governed by the purchase, billing, and cancellation terms presented by Apple. They are not Stripe Web/API purchases.
Stripe processes Web/API subscription payments. Your use of Stripe’s payment services is also subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy notices. We do not receive or store your complete payment card number or CVC.
You authorize us to use subscription and payment status received from Stripe to provide, withhold, or adjust paid access. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and ask you to update your payment method. We do not grant a new paid service period until the corresponding invoice is paid. A paid period already in progress remains available through its end unless access is suspended for another reason allowed by these Terms. When retries are exhausted, the subscription may be canceled and the account returns to the Free tier after the last paid period ends.
For the initial Stripe launch promotion, eligible existing registered users may claim one Promotion Code in the Pokerai Dashboard. The code may be used by the recipient or shared with another person. Each code can be successfully redeemed only once globally; the first eligible person who completes a successful redemption receives the discount, and the original recipient receives no separate benefit if someone else redeems it.
Unless the offer shown to you states otherwise, the launch Promotion Code provides 50% off the first monthly subscription invoice only for Builder or Pro. Later months renew at the then-applicable full price. Codes expire at the date and time shown in the Dashboard or Checkout, have no cash value, may not be combined, and are not replaced after successful redemption. A canceled or failed Checkout does not by itself count as a successful redemption. We may reject or deactivate a code obtained or used through fraud, automation, account abuse, or a violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
You may cancel a Stripe subscription online at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your Pokerai Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you retain paid access until then. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. If you cannot access the Portal, contact support@pokerai.bet before your renewal date. We will not make cancellation more difficult than subscription as prohibited by applicable law.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in these Terms, paid fees are final and we do not provide voluntary refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused quota, failure to cancel, or changes of mind.
We will review a request involving:
• rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded; - a duplicate or erroneous charge; - a paid Service that we failed to deliver; or - another exceptional case approved by our Billing Admin.
Send the request and relevant invoice information to support@pokerai.bet. Our service targets are an initial response within one Business Day and a decision within three Business Days. A Business Day means Monday through Friday measured in UTC, excluding holidays that we have published as excluded UTC service days. These targets do not promise that a refund will be granted and do not shorten any period required by law.
Nothing in these Terms waives or limits a non-waivable statutory right. If the law where you live gives you a withdrawal, cancellation, repair, repeat-performance, price-reduction, or refund right, that law controls. Any separate request in Checkout for your express consent to immediate performance, or your acknowledgment concerning a withdrawal right, is separate from general acceptance of these Terms and has only the effect permitted by applicable law.
If we issue a full refund for a paid period, paid access associated with that invoice may end when the refund succeeds. Partial refunds, if approved, do not automatically extend or restore quota or access.
You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You give us a limited right to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Pokerai API requests are designed to be stateless and self-contained. Poker hand or spot content sent in a request is processed to return the requested result and is not intentionally stored as an application record. Account, usage, security, billing, support, and technical metadata may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you are not authorized to process.
Optional analytics technologies operate only after you give separate, affirmative consent through our analytics choices. Accepting these Terms is not consent to optional analytics. You may refuse or withdraw analytics consent without losing access to the Services. Necessary authentication and security storage may continue where permitted. See the Privacy Policy for the analytics providers, data categories, purposes, and controls.
The Services, including their software, documentation, interfaces, databases, models, outputs as a collection, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services during your applicable plan period. No other right is granted by implication.
If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, but we do not acquire ownership of confidential information merely because it is included in support messages.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, engage in fraud or abuse, or use the Services for prohibited real-time assistance. Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. We may act immediately where necessary to prevent harm, comply with law, or protect users or the Services.
Termination does not erase accrued payment obligations or provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, and lawful recordkeeping.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every poker spot will be available, or that strategy output will produce any particular financial or game result.
These disclaimers do not apply to warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from the Services or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 100.
These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.
To the extent permitted by law, if you use the Services on behalf of a business, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from that business’s unlawful use, prohibited real-time assistance, infringement, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to an individual consumer to the extent prohibited by applicable law, and does not cover claims caused by our breach, negligence, or willful misconduct.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and its effective date and will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law. A material change will apply prospectively. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the Services and cancel a paid subscription before the change applies. Changes to automatic-renewal terms or fees will be handled in the manner required where you live.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer law, the state and federal courts with jurisdiction in San Mateo County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in a court or forum that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will stay effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and terms shown at purchase are the agreement about the Services, except for a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
The English version is controlling. Translations are provided for convenience. If applicable law requires a local-language version to control, that law prevails.
