These terms govern your use of the Pokerai API ("the API", at pokerai.bet). By creating an API key or calling the API, you agree to them.本条款约束你对 Pokerai API(pokerai.bet,下称「本 API」)的使用。创建 API Key 或调用本 API 即表示你接受本条款。

Prohibited: real-time assistance (RTA).禁止:实时辅助(RTA)。 You may NOT use the API to assist play at a real-money poker table in real time, in any form. The API is for training, coaching, hand review, study, and research only. 不得以任何形式使用本 API 在真钱牌桌上进行实时对局辅助。本 API 仅用于陪练、教学、复盘、学习与研究。

1. Acceptable use1. 可接受用途

Permitted: building trainers, coaching and analysis tools, hand-history review, study apps, and research. Prohibited: RTA at real-money tables; reselling raw API responses as a competing strategy API; attempting to exceed or evade quota; scraping the whole solution set for redistribution; anything unlawful where you operate.允许:构建陪练器、教练与分析工具、手牌复盘、学习类 App 及研究。禁止:真钱牌桌实时辅助(RTA);将原始 API 响应转售为竞争性策略 API;试图超出或规避配额;批量抓取全部解集用于再分发;以及你所在地的任何违法行为。

2. API keys & quota2. API Key 与配额

Keep your API key secret; you are responsible for all usage under your keys. Usage is metered monthly per key (a presolved-lookup counter and a real-time-solve counter). When a counter is exhausted the API returns HTTP 402. We may adjust quota, rate limits, and tiers over time.请妥善保管你的 API Key;你名下 Key 的一切用量由你负责。用量按 Key 逐月计量(预解查询计数与实时求解计数各一)。计数耗尽时 API 返回 HTTP 402。我们可能随时调整配额、速率限制与档位。

3. Data & privacy3. 数据与隐私

The API is stateless: every request is self-contained and we do not store the poker hands/spots you send. We keep only what is needed to operate the service — your account email and per-key usage counts.本 API 无状态:每个请求自包含,我们不存储你发送的牌局/局面。我们仅保留运营所需的信息——你的账户邮箱与每个 Key 的用量计数。

4. Availability & no warranty4. 可用性与免责

The API is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Real-time solves are best-effort and may vary in latency or be temporarily unavailable. Strategy output is game-theory-optimal frequencies for study; it does not guarantee any result. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the API.本 API 按「现状」提供,不含任何形式的担保。实时求解为尽力而为,延迟可能波动或短暂不可用。策略输出为供学习的博弈论最优频率,不保证任何结果。因使用本 API 造成的损失,我们不承担责任。

5. Suspension5. 暂停与终止

We may suspend or revoke keys that violate these terms, abuse the service, or are used for RTA.对于违反本条款、滥用服务或用于 RTA 的 Key,我们可暂停或吊销。
